We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a central administrative hub, connecting all aspects of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage customer communication regarding open inquiries, active orders, transport, and invoices.

· Read the technical requests for quotations and purchase orders.

· Assist the sales team and customers with (technical and logistical) questions.

· Prepare management reports on sales

Our Requirements:

· HBO (Bachelor of Applied Sciences) degree with a focus on, management information, customer service and communication (e.g., ‘Office & Management Support’).

· Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English (verbal and written).

· Technical affinity (ability to read drawings, knowledge of casting materials) is a significant advantage.

· Dutch citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit for the Netherlands.

· The one-way commute time is within 20 minutes by car.

To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Design Engineer with a proven track record in heavy industrial technical challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop dredge pumps and related dredging equipment.

· 3D models and production drawings for complex assemblies using SolidWorks.

· Understand FEM and CFD simulations.

· Conduct hand calculations to validate designs and ensure mechanical integrity.

What We Require:

· A Bachelor’s degree HBO in Mechanical Engineering or proven equivalent experience.

· A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer within heavy industrial environment.

· Proven, hands-on experience with SolidWorks, including managing complex assemblies.

· Experience with FEA and CFD analysis is a strong advantage.

· Theoretical and practical knowledge of dredging processes, production techniques (especially casting and machining), is highly preferred.

· The one-way commute time is within 20 minutes by car.

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you will be integral to our design process, contributing to the creation of our core products. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Designing and drafting robust dredge pumps and their components using SolidWorks.

· Creating detailed 3D models and precise 2D production drawings for manufacturing.

· Managing revision control and the archiving of all technical documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.

· Collaborating with our experienced engineering team to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
